About Dan Vermette

Dan is the Team Leader of the award winning Dan Vermette Team, and is considered an expert in the real estate industry.  With over 30 years of industry experience, his team is comprised of four individuals who provide exceptional service in both the French and English languages.

Prior to establishing his career in real estate, Dan had a long and successful track record in sales.  He sold insurance for many years and always made sure his clients' claims were serviced promptly.  Dan also sold vehicles for a prominent car dealership in Manitoba, and took pride in providing his clients with excellent service both before and after earning the sale.  Dan is by nature a very dedicated hard worker and is passionate about his career in real estate.  A mere three days after earning his realtors license, Dan had already sold his first home! 

In 1996, Dan started Heritage Realty, with an office at 3495 Pembina Highway and another located in Morris, Manitoba.  After many successful years, he and his top notch team of realtors have made impressive in-roads into the real estate market in Winnipeg and rural Manitoba.  In 2001, Dan was invited to work with RE/MAX, Winnipeg's #1 real estate company, where he still resides and thrives.
