Meet the team

Dan Vermette is the team leader of the award-winning Dan Vermette Team at RE/MAX Performance Realty.  He brings with him 30 successful years of Real Estate experience. Dan is an industry expert and is well known in both the French and English communities. He will help you determine market value, assist with negotiations and answer any questions you may have.

Our Team Coordinator helps with the day-to-day activities and supports the team as needed. She also does all our social media and marketing, creates virtual tours, photo editing, coordinates showings, client inquiries, inputs listings, as well as the "behind the scenes" paperwork.

Dan has multiple Buyer Specialists to ensure that when you need to view a home, we've got you covered. They will represent and assist you throughout the home buying process. They will work together with Dan in writing offers and setting up appraisals and inspections when necessary.
